Where can I place an "InHarmony Tiny Home" and what do I need to do?
An InHarmony Tiny Home can be placed on a plot as a regular residence, with the corresponding building permit.
Alternatively, the unit can be configured to be placed on a certified trailer frame (wheelbarrow format), subject to compliance with the necessary permits and regulations..At the same time, there is the possibility of the house operating completely autonomously, without connection to networks, with:
· photovoltaic panels for electricity,
· water tank or borehole for water supply,
· autonomous sewage system (biological or sealed septic tank),
depending on the plot and the needs of the owner.

How soon can it be built, delivered and installed?
The construction time is significantly shorter than a conventional building. For example, a 30 m² InHarmony Tiny Home can be fully ready for installation in approximately 3 to 4 months, depending on the season, workload and final design choices.
Can I have as many square meters as I want or are there any restrictions?
InHarmony Tiny Homes start from basic units of 15 m² and 30 m².
Based on these, the space can be expanded modularly, creating as much total square footage as the customer needs.
The units can be placed:

in a T-shape,
or one on top of the other,
depending on the plot, use and lifestyle.
Does ordering an "InHarmony Tiny Home" include equipment and what is it?
The InHarmony Tiny Home is delivered fully functional, with a kitchen, bathroom, storage spaces and all the basic infrastructure. Electrical appliances are not included, so that each customer has complete freedom of choice. The equipment and furniture are designed in accordance with the overall design of the space and can be implemented either: on demand, in collaboration with specialized manufacturers (e.g. carpenter), or with ready-made, quality solutions from selected suppliers (e.g. IKEA), so that the final result is functional, aesthetically pleasing and adapted to the owner’s lifestyle.
Can I see design suggestions and interior/exterior styles before ordering?
Yes. Before ordering, complete design proposals are presented, including layouts, material choices and interior/exterior styles, tailored to the space and lifestyle of the client.
The design is captured through photorealistic drawings, so that there is a clear and realistic image of the final result before construction proceeds.
